Chicago-style spinach & artichoke dip

Cooking Vegetarian Chicago-style spinach & artichoke dip

An American classic, this creamy, cheesy dip is best served warm with crunchy corn chips.

  1. Combine the cream, sour cream and onion in a medium saucepan over low heat. Bring to a gentle simmer. Remove from heat and stir in the cheddar and parmesan.
  2. Place the pan over low heat. Cook, stirring, for 1 minute or until the cheese almost melts. Stir in the artichoke and spinach and cook, stirring, for 1-2 minutes or until warmed through. Season with salt and pepper and top with Tabasco. Serve with corn chips.
