Cheesy chilli and lime corn

Cooking Vegetarian Cheesy chilli and lime corn

Add an extra kick to barbecued corn with chill and lime seasoning.

  1. Combine oil, lime rind and chilli powder in a shallow dish. Add corn. Toss to coat all over. Cover. Set aside for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat a chargrill pan or barbecue grill over medium heat. Cook corn, turning, for 10 minutes or until tender and charred. Transfer to a serving plate. Sprinkle with parmesan. Season with pepper. Serve.
