Cooking Vegetarian Pan-fried potatoes with garlic

These delicious pan-fried potatoes with garlic are a great side dish to any family meal.

  1. Steam or microwave the potatoes for 5 mins or until partially cooked.
  2. Heat the oil and butter in a large frying pan over medium heat. Cook the garlic for 30 secs or until fragrant. Transfer to a bowl. Cook the potato in the pan, in batches, for 2-3 mins each side until golden. Return the potatoes and garlic to the pan and add lemon juice. Cook for 1-2 mins or until the lemon juice reduces. Season and serve.
