Cooking Vegetarian Coriander and lemon couscous

Couscous is a fluffy and tasty side dish to whip up in a flash.

  1. Place couscous in a large heatproof bowl. Pour over water and lemon juice, stirring with a fork until combined. Set aside, covered, for 5 minutes or until the liquid is absorbed. Use a fork to separate the grains. Add coriander and stir until well combined. Serve.
