Celeriac mash

Cooking Vegetarian Celeriac mash

Mashed potatoes with celeriac make even the simplest of dinners taste special.

  1. Cut potato and celeriac into 3cm pieces. Cook in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water for 15 minutes or until tender. Drain. Return to pan over low heat. Add butter, mustard and milk. Mash. Season with salt and pepper. Serve.
