A warm pasta salad high in fibre and ready in 30 minutes. Want extra vegies Add 200g trimmed and halved green beans to the pasta for the last 3 minutes of cooking time.
- Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling salted water, following packet directions, until tender. Drain. Place in a large bowl.
- Add artichoke, chicken, tomato, fetta, parsley and basil to the hot pasta. Toss gently to combine.
- Place lemon juice, oil and mustard in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Whisk to combine. Add dressing to salad. Toss gently to combine. Serve.
