Cheesy bread puffs are great addition to your dinner party. The parmesan taste is heavenly and the bonus is that theyre gluten free.

  1. Preheat oven to 200C/180C fan-forced. Line 2 large baking trays with baking paper.
  2. Place butter and milk in a heavy-based saucepan over medium-high heat. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until butter has melted. Bring to the boil. Stir in salt and flour. Cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Set aside for 5 minutes to cool.
  3. Add the eggs, 1 at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the parmesan. Mix well to combine.
  4. Roll 2 level tablespoons mixture into balls. Place on prepared trays, 5cm apart. Bake for 30 minutes or until puffed and golden brown. Stand for 5 minutes. Serve.
