- Heat oil in a large non-stick frying pan over a medium-high heat. Add eggs, cook for 2 minutes each side or until just golden brown. Transfer to a plate.
- Add onion, garlic and ginger to the pan, cook for 5 minutes or until soft. Add chilli and 2 tablespoons water, cook 2 minutes. Season with salt. Return eggs to pan to warm through.
- For the garlic broccoli, heat oil in a wok over a high heat. Cook garlic for 1 minute, add broccoli and stir-fry for 5 minutes or until just tender. Add oyster sauce and 2 tablespoons water, toss until warmed through.
