This fruit crush looks a treat and tastes even better.
- Pour pineapple juice into a blender. Add mint leaves, bitters ice cubes. Blend until ice is finely crushed and mixture is soft. Pour into serving glasses and serve immediately.
Pineapple and mint slushie
- 1 litre can pineapple juice
- 2 tbsp mint leaves
- 3-4 drops bitters
- 2-3 cups ice cubes
