Cooking Coctails Warm milk with a twist

Marshmallows and rosewater add an exotic touch to a nightcap.

  1. Heat milk, marshmallows and rosewater essence in a saucepan over low heat. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly, or until the marshmallows have melted and incorporated into the milk.
  2. Stir through food colouring if you would like your milk a little more pink. Divide among serving cups and serve with extra marshmallows.
