Rich, creamy and indulgent, this fabulous cocktail is a perfect way to end the day.

  1. Place the cream in a bowl. Use a balloon whisk to whisk until soft peaks form.
  2. Place port, egg, topping, sugar, ice and extra cream in a cocktail shaker. Shake until combined. Strain into a 250ml (1-cup) capacity serving glass. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with nutmeg. Serve with wafers.
