This refreshing tea tastes delicious and is full of vitamin C to keep you healthy.
- Thinly slice 1 small orange and 1 lemon into round slices. Set aside. Use a peeler to peel a 5cm strip from 1 orange.
- Place 1 tablespoon Earl Grey tea leaves, 1 cinnamon stick and the piece of orange peel in a 6 cup plunger or saucepan. Fill with 6 cups (1.5 litres) boiling water and set aside to infuse for 3 minutes. Strain and discard leaves, cinnamon stick and peel.
- Add 1 tablespoon raw or white sugar and stir until dissolved. Add slices to tea and serve either warm or add ice cubes and serve chilled.
