On hot summer days, theres nothing better than a fresh fruit slushy.

  1. Place the watermelon in the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth. Strain through a fine sieve into a large metal container. Add the guava, cranberry and lime juices, and stir to combine. Cover with foil and place in the freezer for 4 hours or until partially frozen.
  2. Transfer frozen watermelon mixture to the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth.
  3. Pour among glasses and serve immediately.
