- Place egg white in a shallow bowl. place salt on a small plate. dip rim of 2 serving glasses in egg white then in salt to coat.
- Shake pear nectar, tequila, cointreau, lime juice, honey, ground cinnamon, cloves and ice in a cocktail shaker to combine. strain into the glasses and add a cinnamon stick to each glass.
