Cooking Coctails Ruby grapefruit gin

This bitter cocktail will appeal to any party guests that enjoy the zing of grapefruit.

  1. Fill a punch bowl with ice then pour in 310ml of Tanqueray gin.
  2. Add tonic, grapefruit juice, lemon barley cordial and plenty of ice, then stir well.
  3. Garnish with grapefruit slices then serve.
