This bubbly pink grapefruit fizz is great as a mocktail or as an alternative to traditional soft drinks.
- Combine sugar and 1 1/2 cups cold water in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring, for 5 minutes or until sugar has dissolved. Add grapefruit juice. Stir to combine.
- Transfer mixture to a jug. Cover. Refrigerate for 40 minutes or until cold.
- Add soda water, grapefruit slices and ice just before serving.
