- 750ml btl dry white wine, chilled
- 1L clear apple juice, chilled
- 60ml brandy
- 1 red apple, halved, cored, thinly sliced crossways
- 1 orange, halved lengthways, thinly sliced crossways
- Ice cubes, to serve
