This is how to take strawberries and cream to the next level.
- Place ice-cream, strawberry, milk, cream and creme de cacao in the jug of a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Drizzle chocolate topping over the inside of two chilled serving glasses.
- Divide the mixture between the glasses. Top with grated chocolate. Cut a slit in each strawberry. Arrange on the rim of each glass to serve.
