Fast and easy, these strawberry and gin cocktails are delicious and will get that dinner party off to a brilliant start. Leave out the gin for an easy, fruity mocktail.

  1. Place strawberries, rosewater essence and sugar in a jug. Using the end of a rolling pin, pound strawberries to crush. Add gin and soda water.
  2. Divide ice cubes between 2 serving glasses. Top with strawberry mixture and extra halved strawberries. Serve.
