Theres no need to turn on the oven for this much-loved chocolate fridge slice.
- Grease a 3cm-deep, 17cm x 28cm (base) slab pan and line with baking paper (see note).
- Combine butter, sugar and cocoa in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring often, for 4 minutes or until sugar is dissolved. Transfer mixture to a bowl. Stir in coconut, egg, biscuits and fruit mix.
- Press mixture into pan. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Dust with chocolate. Cut into pieces. Serve.
