Everyone enjoys chocolate and marshmallows so this easy slice will be a sure winner.
- Sift together the flour and cocoa into a bowl, then stir through the sugar and coconut. Add the melted butter and stir to combine. Press into the base of a greased and paper lined 28cm x 18cm slice pan (ensure paper extends 5cm above the top of the pan). Bake in a moderate oven 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
- Combine the marshmallows and milk in a bowl and stir over a saucepan of gently simmering water until melted and smooth. Cool to room temperature. Fold in the cream then pour over base. Cover and chill until required.
- Top the slice with strawberries then drizzle with chocolate. Store chilled, in an airtight container until required. Cut into pieces and serve at room temperature.
