Heres cheers to Christmas with this bright and festive fruity drink.

  1. Place the kiwifruit in the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth. Strain through a fine sieve into a small bowl, gently pushing the puree through with the back of a spoon. Discard seeds.
  2. Place the strawberries, ice, cranberry juice, whisky and strawberry liqueur in the jug of a blender and blend until smooth. Set aside for 2 minutes to settle.
  3. Divide the strawberry mixture evenly among serving glasses. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of the kiwifruit puree over each cocktail. Serve immediately.
