Frozen yoghurt sundaes

Cooking Child Frozen yoghurt sundaes

If the hungry hordes storm the kitchen every afternoon, have this yummy snack ready in the freezer to ward off hunger pangs!

  1. Process or blend mango until smooth.
  2. Spoon 2 tablespoons mango purée into four 1 1/4 cup-capacity glasses. Top each with 2 tablespoons yoghurt and 2 tablespoons muesli. Repeat layers. Top with remaining puree. Cover with plastic wrap. Freeze overnight.
  3. Remove from freezer. Top with remaining muesli. Stand for 2 minutes before serving.
