If the hungry hordes storm the kitchen every afternoon, have this yummy snack ready in the freezer to ward off hunger pangs!
- Process or blend mango until smooth.
- Spoon 2 tablespoons mango purée into four 1 1/4 cup-capacity glasses. Top each with 2 tablespoons yoghurt and 2 tablespoons muesli. Repeat layers. Top with remaining puree. Cover with plastic wrap. Freeze overnight.
- Remove from freezer. Top with remaining muesli. Stand for 2 minutes before serving.
