Greek-style prawn salad

Cooking Fish Greek-style prawn salad

Beautiful char-grilled prawns and the flavours of the Mediterranean make this a sumptuous salad.

  1. Place the tomatoes, olives, cucumber, prawns, feta and oregano in a bowl. Toss gently to combine.
  2. To make the dressing, whisk the lemon and oil together. Season with salt and pepper. Add to the salad and toss gently to combine. Set aside.
  3. Heat a barbeque or chargrill pan on a medium-high heat. Combine the olive oil and garlic. Brush over both sides of the bread. Cook for 2-3 minutes each side or until golden. Serve the prawn salad with the garlic bread.
