Beautiful char-grilled prawns and the flavours of the Mediterranean make this a sumptuous salad.
- Place the tomatoes, olives, cucumber, prawns, feta and oregano in a bowl. Toss gently to combine.
- To make the dressing, whisk the lemon and oil together. Season with salt and pepper. Add to the salad and toss gently to combine. Set aside.
- Heat a barbeque or chargrill pan on a medium-high heat. Combine the olive oil and garlic. Brush over both sides of the bread. Cook for 2-3 minutes each side or until golden. Serve the prawn salad with the garlic bread.
