This classic dipping sauce is a perfect accompaniment for any Asian banquet.
- Seed 1 chilli. Roughly chop both chillies. Place chilli and garlic in a small food processor. Process until finely chopped.
- Place chilli mixture, sugar, lime juice, fish sauce, vinegar and 2 tablespoons cold water in a small bowl. Stir until sugar has dissolved. Serve.
