Take advantage of the mango season with this sweet salad which perfectly complements the steamed fish.

  1. Shake lime juice, fish sauce, sugar and chilli together in a screw-top jar. Toss mango in a bowl with dressing.
  2. Place fish on a plate in a steamer over a pan of simmering water. Steam for about 5 minutes until cooked but still slightly rare in the centre. Add herbs to mango, place a piece of fish on each serving plate, top with salad and sprinkle with nuts. Serve with lime wedges.
