An all-time favourite cookie made special with the addition of milk chocolate chips. Enjoy with a glass of milk.
- Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg and beat well. Stir in flour and then the sultanas and chocolate.
- Drop tablespoonfuls of the mixture into the cornflakes and roll to coat. Place on a greased baking tray. Repeat with remaining mixture.
- Bake in a moderate oven 180°C for 15-20 minutes or until cooked. Allow to cool on a wire rack. Store in an airtight container until required.
