Cooking Coctails Russian Tea

My mom used to make this for me when I was younger. It has a wonderful aroma and is a true comfort drink.

  1. Mix all ingredients well.
  2. Mix 2-3 tsp. (more or less to taste) with hot water & stir. Enjoy!
