This is wonderful if you have had a stressful day, need to relax or warm up, great for those nights you or the little ones cant sleep. You can adjust it to your taste or your diet, use sugar substitute, skim milk, nutmeg, cinnamon, pumpkin or apple pie spice, its up to you. You can even stir it with a candycane enjoy!
- Heat milk in microwave oven, stir in sugar and vanilla, top with a generous sprinkle of nutmeg
