White chocolate, orange & pistachio sauce

Cooking Vegetarian White chocolate, orange & pistachio sauce

This sauce tastes delicious drizzled over ice-cream or pudding. Keep it in the fridge for yourself or give it as a gift.

  1. Place the water and sugar in a saucepan over low heat. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Increase heat to medium and bring to the boil. Add the chocolate. Use a balloon whisk to whisk until the mixture returns to the boil.
  3. Remove from heat. Whisk in the butter, orange rind and pistachio. Set aside, stirring occasionally, to cool completely. Pour into an airtight glass bottle or jar.
