Serve this traditional mint sauce with your Sunday roast lamb.
- Place the sugar and one tablespoon of boiling water in a bowl. Stir to dissolve the sugar, then add the mint leaves and vinegar and stir until combined.
- Serve with roast lamb.
Classic English mint sauce
- 2 tsp caster sugar
- 2 cups mint leaves, finely chopped
- 80ml white wine vinegar
