Cooking Vegetarian Zesty bourbon glaze

Glazing is our secret weapon for barbecues. It makes food look good and taste irresistible, plus its so easy. This zesty glaze is great with beef and lamb.

  1. Stir orange juice, firmly packed brown sugar, bourbon whiskey, finely grated orange rind and mustard powder in a saucepan over low heat for 3 minutes or until sugar dissolves. Increase heat to medium.
  2. Simmer for 12-15 minutes or until glaze thickens. Stir in 1 tablespoon extra bourbon whiskey.
