Cooking Vegetarian Beetroot relish

Serve this delicious beetroot relish as a colourful and tasty addition to your festive feast.

  1. Combine brown onion, brown sugar, red wine vinegar, water, ground cinnamon and cloves in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook for 5 minutes or until onion is soft. Add canned beetroot and cook for 15 minutes or until thick. Allow to cool.
