Perfect for nibbling, these charred cheese skewers are zesty, sticky and totally delicious.
- Thread haloumi lengthways onto soaked bamboo skewers. Spray with olive oil.
- Preheat a barbecue grill or chargrill on medium. Cook haloumi, turning every minute, for 4 minutes or until charred and tender.
- Meanwhile, place the honey in a small microwave-safe bowl. Heat in microwave on high for 15 seconds or until honey is warm and runny. Whisk in the lime juice.
- Transfer the haloumi to a platter. Drizzle over the honey mixture. Combine the paprika and cinnamon in a bowl. Sprinkle over the haloumi.
