Just four ingredients is what it takes to create this fast and fresh salad with asparagus and green beans.
- Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced. Place pine nuts on a baking tray. Bake for 4 to 5 minutes or until golden.
- Meanwhile, cook beans and asparagus in a saucepan of boiling water for 2 minutes or until just tender. Drain. Refresh under cold water.
- Place pine nuts, beans and asparagus in a large bowl. Add dressing. Toss to combine. Serve.
