This quick, healthy winter salad is a vibrant mix of colours, flavours and textures.
- Combine sprouts, chickpeas, rocket, berries, nuts and half the cheese in a bowl. Whisk oil, juice and herbs in a separate bowl and season. Toss with the salad and scatter with remaining 1/2 cup (40g) cheese.
