Basic frittata mix

Cooking Appetiziers Basic frittata mix

Use this mix as the base of your next frittata and add whatever ingredients tickle your fancy. See notes section for Low FODMAP diet tip.

  1. Preheat oven to 190C/170C fan-forced. Grease a 6cm-deep, 19cm square cake pan.
  2. Whisk eggs, cream, cheese and garlic together in a jug. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add fillings of choice.
  4. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until golden and set.
