Fresh lemon combines with blackberry liqueur to deliver a burst of sweet and slightly tart flavours.
- Combine sugar and water in a small saucepan over high heat. Bring to the boil. Cook, stirring, for 2 minutes or until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
- Combine sugar syrup, gin and lemon juice in a jug and stir to combine.
- Fill serving glasses with crushed ice. Pour the gin mixture evenly among glasses. Top with extra ice. Pour Creme de Mure evenly among glasses and serve immediately.
