Tease your tastebuds with this easy all-choc twist on the classic Italian affogato – a shot of nut liqueur topped with real hot chocolate and rich chocolate ice-cream.

  1. Stir pouring cream and dark chocolate in a small saucepan over medium heat for 3 minutes or until smooth.
  2. Pour Frangelico or amaretto liqueur into a glass. Top with the chocolate mixture and scoops of good-quality chocolate ice-cream.
