Strawberry slushies

Try a strawberry slushie if you want a refreshing icy-cold drink thats easy to make.

Process the strawberries and icing sugar in a food processor until smooth. Add the ice and process until almost smooth.
Divide the strawberry mixture among serving glasses. Top with the mineral water and mint leaves.

4 cups crushed ice

500ml diet apple berry flavoured mineral water

Fresh mint leaves, to serve
