Warm up this winter with this delicious coconut drink - it is just perfect for bedtime.
- Combine milk, coconut and sugar in a saucepan over low heat. Heat for 5 minutes or until milk nearly boils. Stand for 2 minutes.
- Strain through a sieve, pressing with the back of a spoon, into a heatproof jug. Discard coconut pulp. Pour into warmed glasses. Top with nutmeg. Serve.
