Cooking Child Ham and corn Melba toasts

Need a snack in a hurry Try this speedy and tasty homemade treat.

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper.
  2. Use a rolling pin to roll out the slices of bread, until thin. Cut each piece into 4 triangles. Place on the lined tray. Spray both sides with olive oil spray. Bake, turning once, for 10-12 minutes or until golden. Cool.
  3. Combine corn relish and cream cheese in a small bowl. Spread mixture evenly over toasts. Top with shaved ham.
