Try our Asian fish ball curry for a delicious versatile meal thats easy on the purse.

  1. Place fish and 1 tablespoon curry paste in a food processor. Process until smooth. Roll tablespoons of mixture into balls.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook fish balls, in batches, for 6 minutes or until golden and cooked through. Drain on paper towel.
  3. Heat remaining oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add onion. Cook, stirring, for 3 minutes or until soft. Add remaining curry paste. Cook, stirring, for 1 to 2 minutes or until fragrant. Add carrot and coconut cream. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat to low. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add beans, fish sauce and fish balls. Simmer for 2 minutes or until beans are just tender and fish balls are heated through. Serve with rice.
