- Heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a food processor, combine almond flour, salt, and baking soda.
- Pulse in orange juice, maple syrup, stevia, and orange extract until dough forms.
- Work macadamia nuts and chocolate chips into dough evenly and form dough into two even logs.
- Transfer to a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes until bottom is golden brown.
- Remove from oven and cool 1 hour on a cooling rack.
- Cut on diagonal into ¼-inch thick slices.
- Place slices on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and bake each side for 5-7 minutes more.
- Cool for 30 min and serve.
