I used these as colorful ice cubes along with crushed ice.
- Prepare any flavored gelatin using 1 cup boiling water.
- After the gelatin is dissolved, stir in your favorite spirit, perhaps rum, brandy, vodka, gin or champagne. Spray ice-cube trays with cooking spray. Pour gelatin mixture into ice-cube trays and refrigerate or freeze until set.
