Cooking Vegetarian Rosemary & garlic bread

Start off your feast with simple homemade garlic bread.

  1. Place the oil, garlic and rosemary in a shallow dish.
  2. Preheat a chargrill on medium. Dip a few pieces of bread in oil mixture to coat 1 side. Place, oil-side down, on grill. Cook for 2 minutes or until charred. Turn and cook for 1 minute or until heated through. Transfer to a serving bowl. Continue, in batches, with remaining oil and bread.
