Cooking Vegetarian Creamy yoghurt and chive dressing

Drizzling bought dressing over your leaves is fine, but to really shake things up at your next party, try this homemade blend with flavours you wont find in a bottle. Mix in a bottle or screw-top jar, then pour and enjoy.

  1. Whisk yoghurt, olive oil, cream, lemon juice, chives and mustard in a bowl until well combined. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle over mixed salad leaves.
