If youre looking for a side dish that looks as good as it tastes, then this is it! And so easy to make.

  1. Heat oil in a large frying pan on medium. Cook ginger for 1 min, or until fragrant. Add carrots and cook for 3-4 mins, or until well-coated and beginning to soften.
  2. Add soy, honey and 1/4 cup of water. Simmer for 2-3 mins, or until carrots are tender.
