For a fresh salad with a bit of crunch try this Mixed Leaf Salad with Hazelnut Dressing.
- Preheat oven to 180°C or 160°C fan. Roast hazelnuts on a baking tray for 5 mins. Transfer to a clean tea towel and rub to remove the skins. Cool, then finely chop.
- Place the salad leaves in a large bowl. Combine the oil, vinegar and sugar in a small bowl. Season. Stir in the hazelnuts. Add to the salad and toss to combine.
