Melon, ginger and basil fruit punch

Use fresh summer fruit to make this refreshing punch. For a non-alcoholic version, check out the notes section.

  1. Place the combined melon and wine in a large jug. Cover and place in the fridge for 1 hour to chill.
  2. Transfer the melon mixture to a punch bowl. Add the basil leaves and some ice cubes.
  3. Divide extra ice cubes among serving glasses. Pour in the melon mixture. Top with dry ginger ale and basil leaves. Serve.
